Pat Lloyd – Vice President/General Manager
Pat became a Marrs Electric Employee in August of 1981 as an apprentice and then advanced through the ranks to Project Manager. He became a part of Marrs Electric of Arkansas in 1991 and has served as Senior Project Manager of the Northwest Arkansas office. Pat has managed many projects including those in excess of 10 million dollars. He was promoted to Vice President/General Manager in August of 2009.
Kent Rogers - Vice President - Project Manager/ Estimator
Kent joined the Marrs Electric, Inc. of Arkansas team in April of 1994 as a foreman. He has been responsible for many institutional and commercial projects ranging from small through seven figures. In 2006, Kent was promoted to project manager/estimator for the Northwest Arkansas office then to Vice President in 2014. Since becoming a project manager/estimator, Kent has been responsible for the over-site and management of a $4.3 million dollar expansion on the Washington Regional Medical Center, Fayetteville, AR and many smaller five through six figure projects.
Juan Ortiz - Project Manager/ Estimator
Juan became part of the Marrs Electric, Inc. of Arkansas team in August 1994. He began as a journeyman electrician and rapidly advanced through the ranks to become an estimator and project manager for the Northwest Arkansas office. Juan has completed two major hospitals as on-site project manager. One hospital was in excess of eight million dollars in Fort Smith, AR and the second hospital is in excess of eleven million dollars is in Rogers, AR. Juan has likewise managed many smaller five and six figure projects.
Tim White - Project Manager/ Estimator
Tim began with Marrs Electric, Inc. as an electrician in 1979 and advanced through the ranks to become a foreman on large projects in the Tulsa, OK area. Tim transferred to Northwest Arkansas in February of 1991 as labor superintendent for the overall Northwest Arkansas field employees. Tim was promoted to project manager in 2002 and has been responsible for projects ranging from five to eight figure projects.
Donna Scott - Office Manager
Donna began her association with Marrs Electric of Arkansas in August of 1990. She was instrumental in the initial phases of establishing our Springdale office. Donna serves as our Office Manager and works closely with the Vice President/General Manager of our Northwest Arkansas office.
Brandi Ork - Payroll Administrator/ Administrative Assistant
Brandi began employment with Marrs Electric Inc. of Arkansas in June of 2014. She has over 12 years experience in the electrical business. She is the payroll administrator and receptionist. She also assists with employee benefits and accounting.
J.D. Smith - Service Manager
John began working at Marrs Electric in March of 2010, He has over 20 years experience in the electrical business and is now using his experience as our service manager.
Perry McCue - Project Manager/ Estimator
Perry joined the Marrs Electric, Inc. of Arkansas team in May 1997 straight out of high school. He started in the warehouse as our delivery driver and from there went to the field as an apprentice and worked his way up to becoming a master electrician. Perry was promoted as an estimator/ project manager in June 2012. With the new position he has excelled in every phase of the estimating system and brings with him 15 years of field experience which has made the transition smoothly.
Jonnie Hartwick - Safety / Warehouse Director
Johnnie joined the Marrs team in January of 1996 as a job foreman where he used his vast experience to lead many commercial projects. Johnnie was very instrumental in completing the Crystal Bridges project. Johnnie took over as the safety manager and warehouse director in December of 2011. He has taken our safety program to new levels and we are currently experiencing our lowest EMR rating as a result of his efforts.
Anson Kesner - Project Manager / Estimator
Anson joined the Marrs team in November of 2006. After high school Anson served for 5 years in the US Marine Corp as an F18 Engine Mechanic. He began his electrical career in 2002 in the residential field. He started with Marrs Electric as a journeyman electrician. He quickly became a Foreman where he ran large projects such as the Sonora Middle School and the Amazeum. Anson was promoted to Project Manager in July of 2015 and served as the onsite project manager for the WRMC Women’s Center project.
